Being fired is usually considered as a fault of the employee. When you are fired as an employee, it may be due to various reasons, yet the most common amongst all is your work being unsatisfactory or not up to the employers’ expectation. Other causes can be:

Being fired from the company is considered to be a permanent loss of your job.

If you are fired and are planning to join a new company or a brand, it will create a negative impression on your new employers and the chances of you getting a job reduces. When you are fired, the other negative factor that you don’t benefit with is, maybe, not being eligible to opt for any of the government jobs which are for unemployed people, etc.

WHEN YOU ARE LAID OFF: COMPANY LAYOFFS OR SAPIENT LAYOFFS:

When employees are laid off, it may not be due to your performance in the company. Sapient Layoffs are usually because of the following reasons,

  • ·Lack of funds in the company and can’t afford you
  • Any downsizing in the company, or simply going out of business.
  • Recession
  • Outsourcing
  • Reorganisation of the company, or take over by some other person
  • Technological innovations

These are temporary situations, and you can again be hired in the same company if the company recovers from their debt or are ready to afford your salary.
